GreenAcres opens its doors

We're delighted GreenAcres, a much-needed specialist dementia care home, has now opened its doors and that as the main contractor on the project, we were able to deliver the build on time, and to specification.

With a very tight time frame of just 12 months, we took a former hotel and completely modified it to the very specific needs required for dementia care. This included a completely new internal layout with the construction of internal fire walls, complex rewiring, plumbing, fire systems, nurse-call systems, the installation of two lifts, a new roof and the replacement of all windows as well as the landscaping of the outside areas.

A true collaboration of many of Guernsey's finest building specialists and one we are extremely proud to have worked on.
