Rihoy & Son worked closely with the developer to build Admiral Park, which consists of one of the Channel Islands’ largest supermarkets (52,000 sq ft Waitrose) and a B&Q superstore. The retail outlet cost £14m. to develop and was completed and ready for trading in 14 months.
The B&Q superstore situated adjacent incorporates two inclined travelators - the first of their kind on the island.
Duration of project: 14 months.
