Built for the Guernsey Housing Association, this project consists of 24 one bedroom flats over 6 blocks of SIPs construction, which together with balconies, gardens and new car parking adds to the existing adjacent GHA housing stock. 14 flats are rental and 10 flats join the GHA partial ownership scheme.
