Premier Inn

Rihoy & Son was the main contractor for the flagship 100 bedroom Premier Inn, Guernsey's first major new hotel in 34 years. The hotel forms part of the Admiral Park Phase One project and was handed over to the hotel chain's owner, Whitbread, in early 2022. This large and significant project saw two lockdowns due to the global pandemic with the team pulling together to complete.
