Rosaire Court and Gardens was designed and built especially for Housing 21, one of the UK’s leading accommodation providers for elderly people.

The £10m. project utilised a range of innovative approaches. Bathrooms and kitchens were manufactured as pods in Italy, delivered to site as pre-finished units and then simply craned into position.
