Educated at Elizabeth College Guernsey, and with a degree in Business Enterprise Development from the University of Portsmouth, Dan joined Rihoy & Son in 2014 as a Project Manager having previously worked for a local property development and investment firm.

Dan joined the Board as Projects Director in 2017 and was appointed Managing Director in 2023.

He is responsible for driving the overall performance of the company and leading the firm’s strategic direction with the Board, together with the successful management of construction teams both on and off site.

Dan is an Incorporate member of the Chartered Institute of Building.
