Jeremy joined Rihoy & Son in 1983 having completed a BA (Hons) in Business Studies. After working across all aspects of the company, to fully understand the business, Jeremy became a director in 1986. He became Managing Director in 1990, Chairman in 2003, and Director in 2023

Jeremy has led the family business through a period of steady growth and developed it into a financially stable group and is now an advisory to the Board.
