Admiral Park time lapse

This time lapse video shows our recent enabling works at Admiral Park, including the demolition of Sydney Vane House.

The 100-bedroom Premier Inn hotel, with in-house Thyme restaurant, will be a key building forming part of a new development to be undertaken by Comprop, which will also include:

• 30,000 sq. ft. of office accommodation

• 2,500 sq. ft. of restaurant/brasserie

• 384 space multi-storey car park

• Extensive landscaping

• Major upgrades to the general infrastructure to Elizabeth Avenue
