Are you heading to university in September to study a construction or engineering related degree?

We’re offering an Undergraduate Training Programme for students pursuing full-time or part-time degrees. This programme allows you to gain experience in both site and office roles across various sectors of the industry, work on exciting construction projects and strengthen your professional confidence and interpersonal skills.

Our programme bridges the gap between academic learning and practical application. It also provides opportunities for future employment and career development.

Paid work placements

Available during university holidays or as formal placements for sandwich degrees.

Practical experience

Gain hands-on experience in estimating, quantity surveying, site engineering, and project management.

Mentorship

Work alongside experienced professionals and receive guidance from senior employees.
