A landmark five-year project at Admiral Park, valued at £80 million, has now been completed with the delivery of its final phases.

As main contractor, we successfully delivered a series of major developments including a 100-bedroom Premier Inn hotel, the Good Rebel restaurant, the 40,000 square foot No. 1 The Plaza office building, a 370-space multi-storey car park and Plaza House, Guernsey’s first BREEAM-accredited super prime office building.

Our connection to Admiral Park spans 25 years, including earlier construction of the Checkers supermarket (now Waitrose) and B&Q. This project reflects our long-standing commitment to delivering high quality developments that shape Guernsey’s future.
