Guernsey’s first new major hotel in more than three decades, the 100-bedroom Premier Inn, was constructed with our team acting as main contractor. The hotel forms part of the Admiral Park Phase One project and was handed over to the hotel chain’s owner, Whitbread, in early 2022. This large and significant project saw two lockdowns due to the global pandemic with the team pulling together to complete.
