We’re proud to see Creaseys Department Store named winner of the Commercial category at the Guernsey Design Awards.
As main contractor, Rihoy & Son delivered this significant and technically challenging project in the heart of St Peter Port.
Working across six levels, the scheme involved complex structural, logistical and phasing challenges, all while creating a cohesive, contemporary retail environment and making a positive contribution to both the Town seafront and High Street.
The project brought together Lovell Ozanne & Partners Ltd, and Lyons+Sleeman+Hoare Architects, along with the many subcontractors, consultants and members of our own team. We now look forward to seeing the final floor open soon.
