Our refurbishment of CEF’s Lowlands premises showcases how thoughtful planning and quality construction can revitalise an existing commercial building to meet a client’s evolving needs.

As main contractor, Rihoy & Son replaced the roof of the industrial unit, carried out structural repairs, constructed a new mezzanine floor, and created modern warehouse, office, showroom and welfare facilities. The project also included new structural openings, doors and windows, delivering a practical and efficient space tailored to CEF’s operational needs.

With a demanding fast track programme, maintaining the client’s relocation schedule was a key priority throughout the project. Careful planning, close coordination and the commitment of everyone involved ensured the works were delivered on time, allowing CEF to move into their new premises as planned.
