Rihoy & Son is currently delivering the construction of eight new light industrial units at Spur Point for J & D Norman Limited. We are undertaking the project as the main contractor under a Design and Build contract.

Works include infrastructure, piling, fibre-reinforced concrete floor slabs, structural steel framing, cladding, drainage and associated external works to create modern and flexible industrial & potential office space.

The location presents logistical challenges due to the site’s close proximity to Bulwer Avenue, one of the busiest roads in Guernsey, as well as neighbouring offices. Careful planning and temporary works have ensured construction progresses safely and efficiently.

Roofs and wall cladding are complete, with the project scheduled for completion this summer. The first of the tenant fitouts are now underway and will overlap with the completion of the main works.
