The extensive refurbishment of Commerce House, one of the island’s most iconic buildings, transformed an outdated 1970s structure into a modern and contemporary office building. This £4m. project took 12 months.
Renamed Carey House in 2007, one of the building’s key features is the glass curtain walling, which provides the ground floor with considerable natural light and excellent sea views.
Duration of project: 12 months.
